We had a fantastic culinary demonstration and PEI Lobster supper provided by Chef Ilona Daniel! And a magnificent performance from Island Artists Inn Echo! A culinary demonstration and meal, offering “tricks of the trade” and “tools” for preparing different lobster menu options and talking about the versatility of PEI LOBSTER. Can you tell the difference between male and female lobsters? Have you ever heard of a left-handed lobster? After Chef Ilona Daniel takes you on a fun exploration of our beloved PEI lobster, enjoy a wonderful brunch including an assortment of lobster nibbles in our gorgeous Pavilion, over-looking the spectacular rolling fields and beautiful Malpeque Bay in the distance.

Experience lobster the way we do here on Prince Edward Island! Join us for a hands-on lobster supper where locals will share their island experience and stories and give tips on how to get every delicious morsel of lobster from the shell. Get ready to get your hands dirty as you spend the evening playing with your food! Time for a feed folks!

An incredible new island foursome, perform in Historic St. Mary’s, rated as one of Canada’s top naturally acoustic venues. Before the show and at Intermission, come enjoy island hospitality in our adjacent pavilion with local beer from Upstreet Craft Brewing, Island Honey Wine, Samuels Coffee, our famous Strawberry shortcake, homemade cookies and more!
INN ECHO – Four young musicians with very different musical backgrounds join together to form Inn Echo, blending Irish and Canadian traditional music with a modern take on the genres typical structures and sounds. The band incorporates elements of jazz and indie while also keeping true to the fun and energetic spirit of traditional music.
